Ü      Rates charged on gross or volumetric weight, whichever is higher (l x w x h /366 for inches and 6000 for cms)

Ü      Insurance mandatory for all shipments @2% of shipment value or minimum applicable charge

Ü      Shipments will be collected from Eros UAE warehouses or showrooms.

Ü      Documentation required is Invoice, Packing List, Passport copy.

Ü      Shipments will move out of Dubai only after all documentation/formalities are completed.

Ü      Shipments should have complete consignee address inclusive of all communications numbers viz. telephone, fax and/or alternate numbers/mobile numbers.

Ü      Transit time will begin from the date of departure

Ü      No service to Afghanistan and certain African and CIS destinations.

Ü      All items mentioned on invoice should be available for movement together

Courier 

Ü      Door-to-door deliveries

Ü      Minimum chargeable weight 0.5k

Ü      Add 10% government levy

Air freight  

Ü      Door-to-airport deliveries

Ü      Nearest or preferred port of destination

Ü      Rates applicable for general cargo only
