At EROS, we are part of a large, thriving, diverse and vibrant family. This family, this organisation, over the decades, is known for its consistent, friendly and stable practices.

EROS handles prestigious brands such as SAMSUNG(KOREA), HITACHI(JAPAN), BENQ(TAIWAN), TAURUS(SPAIN), STARDUST(JAPAN), LENNOX(USA), AIPHONE(JAPAN), THERMOBREAK (AUSTRALIA), and is poised to add many more exciting brands to its portfolio.EROS also has its own retail showrooms(EROS DIGITAL HOMES), shop-in-shops, and a newly created multi-brand retailing concept.

We recognise that none of the success that we have achieved would be possible without the support of the 850-member(and constantly growing) EROS team and its CAPABLE CORE MANAGEMENT GROUP, which also includes all the vital support functions.

We do realise there is one good thing about declaring our company's values publicly. We may find the going difficult at times, but we know that we have to work really hard to live up to our values.

EROS Group has been built on a four-decade-old tried and tested philosophy. A philosophy that makes us proud that we can maturely respond to the needs and demands of our industry, and at the same time makes us humble enough to realise that we need to constantly look at ways and means to raise the bar in order to be a contemporary organisation. At EROS, we know that our tasks in professional life are not about the easy stuff. Conflicts are a part of every real profession and we are aware that we are supposed to deal with them positively. In today's real world, conflicts are not an aberration, they are the reality.

The present day environment creates significant challenges for organisations like EROS, that value integrity and expect their people to be principled - personally and professionally. Posters and first day assimilation do not work anymore. The only option, and a difficult one, becomes: walk the talk and talk the walk. All of us at EROS strive to demonstrate integrity, and then personally communicate the message to those around us.
