The Electronics and Appliances Business Group (EABG) of Eros Group plans, orders and markets products of its principals namely Hitachi (Japan), BenQ (Taiwan), Taurus (Spain), Stardust (Japan) and Aiphone (Japan). The division distributes products of these brands to retailers in the country. The products are also sold through Eros’ Retail Channel and Corporate Sales Channel and through distributors. The International Business Division of the group distributes the products to other countries.
Eros Group started operations as the distributor of Hitachi in 1976. Hence, in a sense, it was EABG, now 42-employee strong that laid the foundation of the Eros Group. Other business groups and brands followed EABG at Eros. Eros’s interaction with dealers, distributors and customers started with Hitachi brand.
Good and long lasting products at highly competitive prices, ethical sales practices and, there upon, customer’s delight have been the corner stones of Eros’s success.
The EABG is forever studying the market trends. It is always on the look out for newer products that can be brought to the market.

Present day customer is more knowledgeable and most make a survey of products and features available in the market/internationally before buying high value products”
The International Business Division has a strong presence in East Africa. The division has representative offices and service centers in Kenya and Tanzania.
The Corporate Sales Division has witnessed tremendous growth since its creation in 2003. The division addressed the needs of institutional customers and AV solution seekers in the UAE.
