Quality, for Eros Group, is not something that is only part of our corporate mission statement. It is woven into our everyday processes and many of them, knowingly or unknowingly, are today seen as the benchmark by the local industry.
Customer satisfaction has been the centre of all our activities. Our focus has always, and will be, the customer. All our processes and activities are developed with the customer in mind. This is the mantra of our success story.
Eros Group has practised quality management for many years now. Unfortunately, during our initial years we did not think it mandatory to document our quality process. And when we did document, it wasn’t difficult for us to receive the ISO certification. The group’s efforts were recently appreciated by the honourable patrons of the prestigious Dubai Quality Award programme.
Eros, undoubtedly, wouldn’t have come this far, or achieved an iota of what it is now, without the support of its dedicated staff. The 850-member family is our pillar of success.
Our staff members undergo regular training and are always one step ahead from rest of the industry. Motivational programmes are conducted on a regular basis and the best doing staff members rewarded. The result has been that some of our employees have been with us for over two decades.
The group has an excellent core management team in place. This team has performed and delivered much more than one can ask for. The group is extremely proud of this team of leaders, who today have become the spokesperson for the entire industry.
We have taken every opportunity to learn from the industry. We are thankful to our principals, who have taught us on how to stay on top in business. From our Japanese principals, we have learnt to have patience and the need to be accurate. The Koreans have taught us on the advantages of making the first moves in market place. We have learnt from our American principals to make best use of every business opportunity that comes our way.
Over the years, we have successfully adapted some our principal’s business principles. Today, not only are our existing principals extremely happy with us, there are many more who want to partner with us.
Our business has grown multi-folds over the years. Our goal is to at least triple our business from today’s levels in the next three years. There is no reason why we will not be able to achieve our goal.
